Magik Questionspro is the most powerful Magento extension which allow customers to ask product related questions on the product page itself. Magik Questionspro is designed to be very easy to use. Customer will receive an email when admin answer his/her question & the answer is also attached within product detail page under “view answers” link. Admin can see all the questions asked by customers or guests under Admin -> “QuestionsPro” Tab. Admin can answer the question from there & customers are notified with an email containing answer.

Ask Magento Product Questions

Magik QuestionsPro extension will add a link on product details page. On click of “Ask Question” link a light box pop up opens up with a form asking for basic information like name of customer, email and customer’s question about the particular product. On submission of this form admin will be notified by an email. If customer is logged in then the pop up light box will show only question box and other information like name and email are taken automatically from customer’s information.

View Magento Product Answers

Magik QuestionsPro extension will show this link on product details page only when at least one product question is answered by admin. This link will list all questions posted by customer for a particular product with answers provided by admin. This will help other customers to look for product specific questions on the spot. Best part about QuestionsPro is that the link to this page is SEO friendly which improves your products page ranking.

QuestionsPro Admin Options

Magik QuestionsPro extension allows admin to view the list of all questions asked by guests or customers on one page. Admin can remove any question which is illegal or not related to site or spam entries. When admin answers the customer’s question, the answer is listed on the “view answers” link on Magento store’s frontend as well as the email notification is sent to particular customer who have asked the product question. Listing of all previous questions & Answers for specific product will help your customers to refer to the previous questions asked by other visitors.
